Will I receive a tracking number?
Yes. Once your order is processed, you’ll receive a confirmation email with your tracking number within 1–4 business days. Be sure to check your spam folder in case our email lands there.
When will my order ship?
All in-stock items are prepared and shipped within 1–3 business days.
Do you ship worldwide?
We currently ship across North America, Europe, Australia, and select regions in Asia.
How long does delivery take?
Delivery times vary by location:

How do I choose my size?
You’ll find a size chart on the final slide of all our tees, joggers, and hoodies. We generally recommend your true size, or one size down for a more fitted look. Our silhouettes run slightly roomier than standard.
Can I cancel or change my order?
If you need to modify your order or address, please email us within 1 hour of placing your order. After that window, changes may not be possible.
What is your return policy?
We accept returns only in cases where an item arrives damaged or you receive the incorrect item. If so, contact us at lorenzovaultinfo@gmail.com and we’ll assist you promptly.
